Shipping Methods and Costs

MeritDeal.com offers shipping within Canada and the USA (Except Alaska and Hawaii). We make all our efforts to make sure the products you ordered is delivered within a reasonable time. MeritDeal.com will not hold responsible for shipping delays.

Delivery of the products is subject to the terms and conditions of the delivery companies with which MeritDeal.com does business.

You are in particular subject to the terms and conditions concerning a signature acknowledging receipt of products. If you are absent from the location which you requested that MeritDeal.com deliver the products to, it shall be your responsibility to recover the products according to the terms and conditions of the selected delivery company.

No deliveries will be made to a post office box. No product will be sent to an address outside of Canada or the USA.

Return Policy

At MeritDeal.com, your complete satisfaction is our goal. If there is anything wrong with the quality of the product you ordered from us, please donít hesitate to let us know and we will exchange it, issue a gift card or refund if purchased within 30 days.

Before sending any product, you will need a return authorization number (RAN). To obtain that authorization number, just call or email us. MeritDeal.com will send an Authorization return number within 48 hours after we receive the form. We will not accept any returned merchandise without a RAN.
